Why AI in surveying matters now

Clients are arriving with AI-generated answers. Reporting software is adding AI features. Many surveyors are already using AI tools, often without a clear view of where the legal risk sits.

This session gives you a practical, legal view of what that means for your liability, your reports and your client relationships. It’s delivered by a legal trainer who works with surveyors.

The RICS Responsible Use of AI standard has been mandatory since 9 March 2026. It sets out what firms must do. This session focuses on the legal side: where liability sits and how to protect your firm. For ongoing peer support, join The Surveying Room.
