Referral network
No fees, no commission, no algorithms.
Just firms helping firms keep good work in good hands.
Surveying firms and companies pass on work they cannot take, because of capacity, location, specialism or conflict of interest, to other members who can.
A firm posts the outline of a job, other firms express interest, and the posting firm chooses who receives it.
No money passes through the platform.
No referral fee is charged.
Share the outline of a job you cannot take: the discipline, area, timeframe and a short description. No client details.
Member firms who can help put themselves forward, with an optional note.
You see who is interested, with their region, disciplines and track record, and pick the firm you want.
Only then are contact details exchanged, and only with the firm you chose. Everyone else is told the job is taken.
The wrong location, the wrong specialism, no capacity this month, or a conflict of interest.
Right now that work goes back out the door, or into a WhatsApp group and hopes for the best.
The Referral Network gives it a proper home: a private board where the work you cannot take reaches firms who can, and the work other firms cannot take reaches you.
Experienced and educated. Capable, caring and committed.
