- Once registered, you can immediately build your listing with all the details about your business, products and/or services.
- We will review your listing and approve in 48 hours.
- Manage everything through your intuitive, self-service dashboard. Update your company information, product listings, events, and offers anytime, you’re always in control.

Do you offer category exclusivity?
No. We’re committed to independence and choice. Surveyors deserve access to all providers, not just one exclusive partner per category.
Is there a tie-in?
Only for the first 3 months only if you choose quarterly billing. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime. You’ll be billed through the end of your current billing period whether quarterly or annual.
How does billing work?
Quarterly or annually (inc 15% discount). No refunds. Unused time becomes account credit.
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and billing is adjusted immediately and pro-rated
How many admin users do we get?
One admin account is included with your plan. Additional user accounts will be available in 2026, with access levels based on your partnership tier.
Where do offers appear?
Inside Surveyors UK Member HQ, visible exclusively to paid members.
Can we upload images?
Yes. Logos and images can be added to enhance your profile.
How quickly do listings get approved?
Within 48 hours.
Is posting required?
No. Your profile remains visible regardless, but we do encourage it for SEO and engagement.

Can partners join The Surveying Room?
Yes! You can join to observe, learn, and genuinely support the community, but direct promotion is strictly prohibited. Strategic Partners do get a dedicated profile within The Surveying Room marketplace, plus your public-facing listing.
What campaigns are included in the Strategic partner plan?
For every strategic partner we will agree on two marketing campaigns per year to maximise visibility and reach
