The first UK wide referral network between surveyors
Every firm turns work away. The wrong location, the wrong specialism, or simply no capacity this month. That work does not have to be lost.
The referral network is a private noticeboard where member firms pass on work they cannot take, to firms who can. A firm posts the outline of a job. Other firms express interest. The posting firm chooses who receives it. No client details are ever posted, and contact details are shared only after a firm is chosen.
No referral fees pass through Surveyors UK, and none are charged. The point is trust, not commission.
You should not have to run a firm alone.

Is Surveyors UK a regulator or professional body?
No. Surveyors UK is an independent digital media and community platform for the UK surveying profession. It is not a regulator, professional body, trade association or accrediting body, and it is independent of RICS and all other bodies.
Which firms is it for?
Firm membership is for UK surveying firms of any size and any discipline, from sole practitioners to multi-office practices. All 16 surveying disciplines are represented.
Do you charge referral fees or take commission?
No. The referral network charges no referral fees and takes no commission. No referral fees pass through Surveyors UK when member firms refer work to each other.
Do you rank firms by who pays the most?
No. Surveyors UK is not a pay-to-rank directory. Firms are listed because they are part of the profession, not because they paid for position.
What can my firm use today, and what is coming?

Do you vet or verify firms?
No. Surveyors UK does not vet or verify firms. Profiles show each firm’s own declared credentials and regulated status. Membership is not an endorsement or a mark of accreditation.
