Alison Stone Surveyors is an independent, award-winning valuation practice specialising in leasehold reform. Established in 2020, the business draws on around 20 years of specialist experience and works with leaseholders, freeholders, solicitors and managing agents across England and Wales.

We provide valuations and negotiation advice for statutory and informal lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, freehold purchases, absent freeholder cases and more complex matters including very short leases, houses and head or intermediate leases. Services include desktop and inspected valuations, advice before serving statutory notices, negotiations and tribunal preparation.

Our approach is straightforward, practical and personal. We explain complex valuation issues in plain English, give clients realistic advice and remain directly involved throughout each case. Alongside client work, we provide one-to-one training and in-house CPD to valuers and property professionals, helping to raise knowledge and standards within this specialist area.

Alison was named Valuer of the Year at the 2023 Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards and is a Chartered Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer and member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.
