A referral network for firms

Inside Surveyors UK, as part of firm membership, firms will be able to refer work to each other in one place, instead of shouting into a group chat and hoping.

You post the job you cannot take. Firms that match the discipline and the area are notified. You choose who receives it, every time. Nobody is assigned to you.

And because every firm on Surveyors UK has a full profile, you can look up whoever you are about to refer to and do your own checks first. You decide who is good enough to carry your name.

Every referral is recorded, so there is a clear trail. The network runs on trust between firms. Poor conduct, towards another firm or their client, is taken seriously and dealt with.

The referral network sits on top of your directory profile in Find the Right Surveyor. You get both, in one place.

The entry tier is £35 + VAT a month for firms of up to five people.

One job would cover your subscription for a whole year.

Firms of six to ten people sit on the next tier, at £95 + VAT a month and we will also have higher tiers for larger firms.

Surveyors UK will soon run a public directory, Find the Right Surveyor, where anyone can search for and contact a surveyor directly.
